REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
At Beloved Boutique, we want you to feel confident and delighted with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
RETURNS
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In their original condition
- With all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, or misuse may not be eligible for return.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or sale merchandise marked as Final Sale
- Promotional, seasonal, or limited-edition items designated as non-returnable
We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions before placing an order.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
Beloved Boutique is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return packages during transit.
REFUNDS
After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing typically takes 7–10 business days
- Financial institutions or payment providers may require additional time to post the refund to your account
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate this when contacting us.
Exchanges are subject to:
- Product availability
- Inventory levels at the time of the request
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will:
- Provide a prepaid return shipping label when applicable
- Offer a replacement item (subject to availability) or a full refund
- Resolve the issue at no additional cost to you
Please include photographs of the item and packaging when contacting us to help expedite the process.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. However, it may still qualify for return in accordance with this policy.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Customs duties, taxes, import fees, and other government charges are non-refundable
- Delivery fees associated with international shipments are non-refundable
